Overview
東急不動産ホールディングスの「中期経営計画2030」発表に合わせ、グループスローガン 「WE ARE GREEN」 の世界観をアップデート。キービジュアル “Fusion Ball” を核に、ステートメントと言葉の設計からビジュアル実装まで一貫して開発しました。キービジュアルは中期経営計画2030の表紙として、環境経営レポート／DXレポート、企業広告へも展開。
In line with the launch of Tokyu Fudosan Holdings’ Mid-Term Management Plan 2030, we updated the brand world of the group slogan “WE ARE GREEN.” Centered on the key visual “Fusion Ball,” we developed the project end to end—from the statement and verbal system through to visual execution. The key visual was adopted for the plan’s cover and extended to the Environmental Management Report, DX (Digital Transformation) Report, and corporate advertising.
Challenge
多事業・多様な人財に共通する“自分ごと化”が必要。従来の企業資料では硬く伝わりづらく、社内外の多様な接点で一貫して使える、インパクトと可搬性のある表現が求められていた。
With multiple businesses and diverse talent, the company needed a way to turn the plan into a personal commitment. Conventional corporate materials felt rigid and failed to travel across touchpoints. The brief called for an expression with both impact and portability that could be used consistently inside and outside the company.
Solution
コンセプトは「組織は進化する生命体だ」。このストーリーを体現するため、手描きのアート表現を採用し、ペインター・小田佑二氏と協働して “Fusion Ball” を制作。Fusion Green を基調にしつつ、青・赤・ピンク・黄色を加え、多様な人財のエネルギーが融合・躍動する様を抽象的に可視化しました。硬質なデザインではなく、見る人ごとに異なる解釈が立ち上がる余白を持たせることで、社内外の対話を誘発。言葉（ステートメント）とビジュアルを同時進行で磨き込み、中計の表紙／レポート群／企業広告へ横展開できるフォーマットに設計しました。

Concept: “An organization is a living, evolving entity.”
To embody this story, we adopted a hand-painted art approach and collaborated with painter Yuuji Oda to create the “Fusion Ball.” Building on Fusion Green and layering blue, red, pink, and yellow, the visual abstracts the fusion and dynamism of diverse talents. Rather than a rigid design, we left room for multiple interpretations to spark dialogue inside and outside the company. We refined the statement and visuals in parallel and engineered a format that scales and crops modularly for deployment across the mid-term plan cover, related reports, and corporate advertising
